Andrae Griffith is a urban planning and transportation professional living in Canada. At Ryerson University he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning with a focus on urban development and renewal, laneway housing and improving alleyways, billboard policy for neighbourhoods with unique character, and heritage preservation policy. At Mohawk College he earned an Advanced Diploma in Transportation Engineering Technology with a focus on traffic modelling, road design, pedestrian and cycling planning, and transit route planning. He has put those skills into practise with employers in the Toronto and Vancouver regions.

Andrae believes that successful neighbourhoods have a few things in common: They balance sustainable transportation options with safe roads, they have a variety of land uses and housing options, they preserve and celebrate their historic buildings, and they offer plenty of green space for people of all ages to enjoy.
